• Course access begins immediately upon payment confirmation
• Courses are provided "as is" without warranty of specific outcomes
• Course completion does not guarantee employment or certification unless explicitly stated
• Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled

5.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment. Refund requests must be submitted to support@brainiq-synapse.com with your enrollment details.

5.3 Payment Terms

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Taxes and fees are the responsibility of the user
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and courses are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Course completion will result in specific employment outcomes
• Materials are free from viruses or harmful code
• Any particular results will be achieved

7. Limitation of Liability

BrainIQ Synapse and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
